Laundry

You have two options to access and pay for laundry services:

• Using the Washstation App:

  • Users must download and create an account on the Washstation app.

  • The app allows users to load credit onto their account (minimum top-up: £5.00).

  • However, we discourage adding large amounts of credit, as Washstation does not offer refunds unless there is a machine fault.

• Paying at Point of Sale (Recommended):

  • Users can pay per machine cycle without preloading credit.

  • The app will prompt users to enter payment card details or select PayPal at the time of use.

  • PayPal is the preferred method as it does not require storing bank details in the app.

Group Payments:

• A group leader or organizer can create a single account for multiple users.

• The leader must bring their device to the laundry room to make payments and start the machines.

Recommendation:

To avoid unnecessary credit top-ups and refund issues, we strongly recommend that users pay at the point of sale and use PayPal for convenience and security.
